The hotel is located in beautiful Puerto Viejo, right on the beach, offering access to various activities nearby. While the dining experience had some drawbacks like soggy bacon, the diverse food options and beautiful restaurant setting were enjoyable.

However, there are issues with the air conditioning noise, a bad smell in the bathroom, and initial light problems upon arrival.

The rooms are spacious, overlooking one of the two pleasant swimming pools, although the proximity to road and foot traffic can be noisy. The service is exceptional, with super friendly and informative staff always ready to assist. The dining options are good but could use more variety. The overall value for money is reasonable considering the amenities and location.
